Repairs and remedial work

If a service identifies a defect or you already have a report highlighting outstanding work, we can review the findings and provide a quotation for the required repairs.

Ongoing planned maintenance

Discuss a servicing programme for one property or a portfolio of buildings. We can agree visits around building access and day to day use, with clear records of work carried out and actions identified.

Arranging your service.

What information should I send?

Tell us your building address, system type, last service date and any known faults. Previous service reports, system drawings and equipment details help us prepare an accurate quotation.

Can you service a system installed by another contractor?

Yes, we can review the available documentation and installation, then confirm the work we can undertake and any further information required.

How often should my system be serviced?

The schedule depends on the system, applicable maintenance requirements and manufacturer’s instructions. Share your system details and previous records so we can advise on a suitable programme.

Will I receive a service record?

We provide a record of the work carried out and findings, including defects or further actions identified. Any remedial work can be quoted separately.

Do you cover my area?
